At Bighorn Rodworks we want you to be absolutely happy with your purchase. We’re confident that you will love your new fly rod but in the event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the undamaged rod within 30 days of us shipping your purchase for a store credit towards a different rod that is more of what you had in mind. We don’t give refunds for changed minds. Each of the rods we build is warrantied against defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the rod, aside from normal wear and tear. What constitutes normal wear and tear….this includes, among other things, scratches to the grip varnish, clear coat, or matte finish over time, your dog chews the grip, a high-speed impact between the lead eyes of an Intruder and the tip of your Spey rod while you were attempting to set your anchor on a windy day, your 4 year-old breaks into your man cave and finds your 9’ 6 weight in the corner of the room and uses it to practice his sword fighting skills, etc. All jokes aside, in the highly-unlikely event that something goes wrong with your fly rod please reach out to us. We will work with you to make it right.
Shipping of Warranty requests are the responsibility of the customer and there will be a return shipping fee as well.
